The Next Step

YOU’VE COME A LONG WAY.

Here are a few things to help you keep going

GET YOUR MEDICATION ON TIME

It’s important to keep all of your appointments so you can get your medication on time and your Treatment Team can check your progress. This can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why there are useful resources available. Your healthcare professional can

enroll you in a program that can help provide information that may help you remember your appointments.

COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR TREATMENT TEAM

Your healthcare provider and caregiver are on your Treatment Team. However, you are the most important person on the team and the only one who knows how you’re feeling and where you want to go in your recovery journey. The more open you are with your Team, the more they can help.

What to talk about with your Treatment Team:

  • How you’re feeling on your new medication
  • How they can help you with your treatment plan
  • How they can help you set attainable treatment goals

SET ATTAINABLE TREATMENT GOALS

With INVEGA TRINZA® helping to provide symptom control of your schizophrenia, you can start pursuing your treatment goals. Setting treatment goals is a great way to plan for your future, and setting

achievable treatment goals doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. It can be exciting — even fun. Let’s see where your treatment goals could take you.

TREATMENT GOAL-SETTING TIPS

There are a few things to keep in mind that can help you think about the kinds of treatment goals that are right for you:

Break big treatment goals into smaller ones

Make treatment goals that are measurable

Have a timeline with reminders

Choose treatment goals that are important to you

Set attainable short-term and long-term treatment goals

TREATMENT GOAL-SETTING PREP

It’s good to include your Treatment Team when making a plan for reaching your treatment goals. Here are a few questions to ask yourself when making a plan with your Team:

What steps do I need to take to start working toward my treatment goals?
Who can I ask to help support me in achieving my treatment goals?
How can I work with my healthcare professional to help me reach my treatment goals?

BRING YOUR TREATMENT GOALS TO LIFE

Select up to four short-term and long-term treatment goals that appeal to you.
